HOW DOES THERAPY WORK?
Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive space. Sessions typically involve discussing current challenges, identifying patterns, and developing coping strategies. My primary approach is client-centered, meaning therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST THERAPY SESSION?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if my approach is the right fit for you.
IS THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?
Therapy is for anyone looking for support, personal growth, or a space to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, facing a major transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can provide clarity, coping tools, and a sense of direction. If you’re unsure, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to help you explore if therapy feels right for you.
DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON THERAPY?
I currently offer virtual therapy only, providing flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your home.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
There is no charge if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged for the session if less than 24 hours notice is given.
